The Albergue de la Piedra, on the Camino de Santiago, is small and has a family atmosphere. There is a total of 24 beds in private and shared rooms. All beds are cleaned daily and the mattresses are made of latex to ensure a good rest.
There is heating and hot water, powered by an ecological pellet boiler. And the showers have hydromassage for tired legs.
We always have coffee and tea to offer free of charge upon arrival of the pilgrims. In addition, we have a kitchen so you can prepare a delicious dinner, and a supermarket 100 meters away. There is also a bar and restaurant right next to the hostel if you prefer to dine out. At night, we make sure that everything is calm and quiet at 22,30h.
We are inside the village, on the Camino itself 150m after crossing the Roman bridge over the Burbia river. At the exit, in the best position to start your way the next day.
In front of the hostel you will find the river Valcarce, where you can bathe or cool your feet in summer.
