We are in a generally quiet neighborhood, which comes alive on weekends in all the squares around it. On Sundays you can enjoy live music in an adjoining square while having a vermouth in the sun, living the authentic essence of the city of Pontevedra. You have all the necessary services at less than 5 minutes walking; pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants that will offer you the typical homemade food, all very close to Turoqua.
We have all the necessary services to make your stay unique: Wifi, check-in online 24/7, remember to provide us with a phone number with WhatsApp to send it to you.
Sleep in a hostel with a life of its own, each bed will tell you the story of the most important places in Pontevedra, you will want to repeat to discover what else we can tell you. An experience in the purest Galician style.
You will have 3 toilets and 4 showers in which you can find dispensers of bath and hand gel. We have male, female and unisex bathrooms for disabled people, since the access to the hostel and all its facilities is prepared to accommodate people with reduced mobility. In addition, you will have at your disposal hair dryer and cotton shower towels for 1?€
Next to the toilet area, we have a laundry area where you can wash your clothes by hand and dry them, free of charge, or, if you prefer, use our coin-operated washer and dryer for 3 euro each. We do not have an outside drying area, as we are in the center of the old town, it is a heritage protected area, and the town hall does not allow us to do so.

The full booking conditions are those accepted in the Reservation Terms and Conditions document. Within these, the following Specific Accommodation Conditions apply, as long as they do not contradict the main conditions:
- Accommodation Rules
Silence must be maintained in common and shared areas out of respect for other guests.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises.
Eating and drinking are not allowed in the dormitory area.
Boots must be placed on the lower part of the bunk beds or in the designated area.
Lights will be restricted after the designated rest time.
The entry of unregistered persons is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the accommodation reserves the right to expel all involved parties, including the paying guest, without a refund.
Parties and drug use are strictly prohibited. Food and drinks may only be consumed in the entrance area, never in the sleeping area.
- Access and Schedules
To ensure the access codes work properly, it is mandatory to complete the online pre-check-in using the link provided before arrival. We recommend doing this one day before arrival.
The access codes will automatically stop working after the check-out time.
Check-out time:
09:30 for the hostel.
11:00 for the apartment.
- Payment and Cancellation Policy
To confirm the booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance.
During high-demand periods (Easter, July, August, and the first week of September), 100% prepayment is required.
Modifications are allowed up to 2 days before arrival in low season and up to 7 days before arrival in high season.
After this period, the booking amount will not be refunded.
For group bookings and full accommodation reservations, free cancellations or modifications are allowed up to 15 days before arrival. If cancellation occurs later, the following charges apply:
10 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
5 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount.
From 4 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount.
The remaining balance of the booking may be charged up to 1 day before arrival.
- Additional Services
Bicycles: Guests bringing bicycles must contact the accommodation in advance to confirm space availability.
Disposable sheets and blankets are provided free of charge.
Guests must bring their own towel and padlock. If needed, the accommodation offers:
Padlock: €2
Disposable towel: €1
Cotton towel: €2
For stays longer than one day, cleaning staff will start working at 9:30 AM, and after this time, guests will not be able to move around the hostel to facilitate cleaning.
Backpack transport services can be arranged. Most companies already have their own code, but guests are advised to inform the accommodation with the reservation name and company. If the luggage does not belong to a registered guest, a €5 fee per item will be charged.
