Reservations and Rooms: To confirm a reservation, it will be necessary to provide credit card information. If you are traveling with family or friends, we will do our best to accommodate you all in the same room, but we cannot guarantee it. If you want to make sure you are all together and don't feel like sharing a room with people you don't know, we suggest you book a private room or a full shared room. We have mixed and female shared rooms. If you book a shared room, please note that you will be sharing a room with other travelers. This is a great way to meet new people. In shared rooms, Winederful Hostel & Café reserves the right to refuse entry to any male who has booked a female shared room. All rooms have a bathroom/shower so you don't have to leave your room to use it.
Payment: We only accept cash, VISA and Mastercard.
Cancellation policy: You can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before the date of arrival for refundable reservations by sending us an e-mail. If cancelled with less notice, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Reception ? Check in / out: Reception hours are from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. The check in timetable is from 15:00 h. to 23:00 h. and check out from 08:00 to 12:00 h. In order to carry out the check-in it will be necessary for all guests to identify themselves by means of a national identity card or passport.
