RESERVATION CONDITIONS
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old.
If the person making the reservation is different from the lead guest, the person making the reservation may be responsible for cancellation. Failure to arrive without prior cancellation at the minimum specified time will result in the full reservation amount being charged.
CHECK-IN TIME: From 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 9:00 AM
To guarantee any reservation, full prepayment of the reservation amount is required.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION:
Deposits are only refundable under the following conditions:
To cancel your reservation, please contact us via WhatsApp at +34 619 46 42 40 at least 5 days before your arrival date. Otherwise, the reservation will be charged in full. If you cancel with less notice, the reservation amount will only be refunded if you have a valid reason for leaving the Camino due to injury, illness, or other force majeure, provided you are already on the Camino and have supporting documentation (medical certificate or return transportation ticket).
Groups must cancel at least 15 days before their arrival date.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other guests, neighbors, and owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation with immediate effect if guests do not comply with this agreement or cause disturbances to other guests, neighbors, or owners.
Only the lead guest and the named party to the booking may use the property and its facilities. Third-party visitors may only access the property with our express permission.
