Booking conditions
To make a reservation with us, the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age.
When the person making the reservation is different from the main guest who assumes the occupation, the person making the reservation may be responsible for the cancellation, the non-arrival without prior cancellation with the specified minimum time obliges full payment of the reservation.

To guarantee any reservation, it is necessary to pay the full amount of the reservation in advance.
Deposits are only refundable under the established conditions:
For the cancellation of the reservation, it must be 72 hours in advance of the check-in start time, that is, 1:00 p.m. If this is not the case, the reservation will be charged in full, the amount of the reservation will only be refunded when the person has justification for abandoning the road due to injury, illness or other force majeure, always with proof (doctor or ticket for the return means of transport).
If a person in a group does not show up on the day of the reservation and has not canceled under the conditions described above, the amount of that person's place will not be refunded.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other persons, neighbors, and owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation with immediate effect if guests fail to comply with this agreement or cause a nuisance to other guests, neighbors, or property owners.
Only the lead guest and named booking party may use the property and its facilities, third party visitors may only access with our express permission.
Minors who are not accompanied by fathers, mothers or legal guardians are not allowed to enter.
The hostel reserves the right to cancel group reservations if several are made separately. Please contact us for any questions.
