Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en un alojamiento de habitación compartida, (albergues y hostales) a pesar de que el lugar es precioso carece de normas y control. Tuvimos que lidiar con 3 huéspedes borrachos que nos faltaron al respeto en reiteradas ocasiones, que nos despertaron con ruidos muy fuertes e insultos a las 4 de la madrugada, cuando nos dirigimos a la persona responsable del establecimiento, está nos dijo que no podía hacer nada, solo pedirles que hicieran menos ruido, a lo que ellos hicieron caso omiso y a la siguiente noche actuaron del mismo modo y estuvieron provocando. Nos volvimos a comunicar con la responsable del albergue nos dijo que les dijeramos algo nosotros, desentendiéndose totalmente del problema. A las 2 de la madrugada tuvimos que marcharnos porque la situación era insostenible, tuvimos verdadero miedo de ser agredidos por estas personas y nos sentimos completamente desatendidos por parte del establecimiento. No volvería ni se lo recomendaría a nadie.

We are located in the center of town so you have bars, cafes, restaurants, stores ... everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Booking conditions
The cancellation of the reservation is free of charge until 7 days prior to the date of arrival, period in which the full amount will have to be paid.
Smoking is not allowed in all the accommodation.
Pets and pets are not allowed.
The cleaning of the apartment and the change of linen will be done at departure, or after 3 or 4 days of stay, except for daily cleaning and change of linen, which will be charged.
At the moment of formalizing the reservation, you must detail exactly the number of occupants that will stay the days of stay, if the number increases, the price will be increased according to the current rate.
The hostel is cleaned daily, so during that time, you must leave the accommodation.
